Dear Caregivers and Students,
THS is updating its football game day procedures to help keep arrival and dismissal safe and organized. These changes take effect Friday, October 30, when THS hosts Franklin.
The updates include a new student pickup location, roadway closures beginning at 5 p.m., and a revised departure route after the game. Before attending, please review the procedures below and the attached traffic map, particularly if you will be dropping off or picking up a student.
Ticketing & Entry Requirements

Tickets: Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance through GoFan on the THS Athletics website. Spectators who cannot access the website may purchase tickets in person at the game by presenting a photo ID.

High school students: All high school-aged students, including those from the visiting school, must present a current school-issued ID to enter.

Younger students: Students below high school age must attend with an adult. No drop-offs are permitted.
- Backpacks and bags of any size are not permitted at the game.
Game Day Traffic & Pickup

Barricades in place at 5 p.m.: Detail officers will be on campus to direct traffic. Please follow the barricades and directions from officers.

Roadway closure: Beginning at 5 p.m., the roadway between the high school and the entrance to the football field, where caregivers may have dropped off students in the past, will be closed to vehicle traffic.

After the game: Please leave the stadium promptly and proceed directly to your vehicle or the designated student pickup area. Please do not gather near the concession stand.

Baseball Lot: After the game, exit campus by following the roadway toward the softball field. This departure route runs in the opposite direction from the roadway’s usual one-way pattern. Officers will implement the reversal after kickoff in preparation for departing traffic. Follow their directions when leaving campus.

Lot B and Parker Middle School Lot: Exit campus toward Williams Street.
New Pickup Location: High School Students & Band Members
Caregivers picking up high school students or band members should use the area in front of Parker Middle School, along the throughway leading to the Auditorium/Field House. Please review the attached traffic map for the pickup location and exit routes.
